Theodore Wink

M, b. 28 December 1797, d. circa 1856
      Theodore Wink was also known as Winck. He was born on 28 December 1797 at Überscheid, Eisenschmitt, Bernkastel-Wittlich, Prussia, Germany.1 He was the son of Peter Winck and Maria Margaretha Offender.1

     Theodore Wink married Catherine Losbrand circa 1820 at Zemmer, Germany.

     Theodore Wink married Magdalena Marie Walens, daughter of Joseph Walens and Madeleine Feltes, circa 1828 at Fischbach, Mersch, Luxembourg. Theodore Wink immigrated on 31 May 1853 to New York, New York; Aboard Ship Caroline, captained by James Conner. The ship left from Le Harve, France and arrived at the port of New York City. Page 5. Louis appears to be listed as Philippe, possibly his middle name.2 Theodore Wink is the head of household on the census of 23 June 1855 at 48 Delaware Street, Albany, Albany County, New York, Film # 521922, First Ward, Page 165, Family 830. Enumerated with Theodore were Magdalena Marie Walens, Nicholas Wink, Peter Wink, Catherine Wink, Louis Wink, Maria Wink, Mary Ann Wink and Susanna Grasser.3

     Theodore Wink died circa 1856 at Albany, Albany County, New York.
