Anna Wink

     Anna Wink was born on 30 September 1838 at Fischbach, Mersch, Luxembourg. She was the daughter of Theodore Wink and Magdalena Marie Walens. Anna Wink witnessed the immigration of Theodore Wink on 31 May 1853 at New York, New York; Aboard Ship Caroline, captained by James Conner. The ship left from Le Harve, France and arrived at the port of New York City. Page 5. Louis appears to be listed as Philippe, possibly his middle name.1

     Anna Wink married Peter Huberty, son of Anton Huberty and Mary (?), on 31 December 1857 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, Albany, Albany County, New York.2 As of circa 1857,her married name was Anna Huberty. She was widowed on 3 June 1887 at 11 Osborne Street, Albany, Albany County, New York.3 Anna Wink is the head of household on the census of 8 June 1900 at 71 Clinton Street, Albany, Albany County, New York, ED 6, Ward 2, Sheet 14A, Dwelling 152, Family 300 Film# T623-1004.

     Anna Wink died on 6 March 1906 at 71 Clinton Street, Albany, Albany County, New York, at age 67.3 She was buried on 8 March 1906 at Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, 41 Jolley Road, Glenmont, Albany County, New York.3
